Chardonnay is vine with a great capacity for adaptation. In Sicily it has succeeded in expressing all the power of our sun and the scent of citrus fruit and blossoms. Refined in small oak casks, it is at its fullest the year after the vintage and it maintains all its agreeableness for many summers.
